Shipping costs and payment costs are included before confirming the purchase. Secure payment can be made in different ways. Café De Witte Non uses Mollie and PayPal. This means that payments are handled through gateways to ensure your security. Card details are not stored by us and all card information is handled via SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer – Protocol). These highly secure payment platforms are integrated into the web shop. Once completed, Café De Witte Non receives immediate notification of your payment.
Delivery
Café De Witte Non tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please note that some of our items are made to order, which can take up to multiple weeks. Once the order is ready, the package is posted out as soon as possible. The delivery times given on the website are an estimation and are solely provided as an indication. Café De Witte Non cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
We will always do our best to provide the latest status on the delivery date to our customers by mail.
Café De Witte Non will deliver to the delivery address as provided by the customer. If the address is found to be incorrect, it is the sole responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.
Delivery times
Café De Witte Non cannot be held liable for any delays incurred by Bpost or other delivery services. In compliance with the law on “distance selling” the maximum delivery period is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible, Café De Witte Non will inform the customer in a timely manner. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order at no additional cost. In this event, the exact amount will be refunded within thirty days.
Order online
By placing an order with Café De Witte Non, the customer agrees with the terms of sales, delivery and payment. If, for whatever reason, a problem arises with the order, the customer will be informed within a week.
All items remain the property of Café De Witte Non until the payment is completed. The risk for loss or damage, however, is transferred to the customer upon delivery. Any visible damage to the product or other defect upon delivery, must be reported immediately, under penalty of forfeiture of any right.
Event cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal for event tickets and, as a consumer, you do not have the right to cancel the purchase, unless stated otherwise on the event page. In exceptional circumstances, you can always contact us.
When an event is cancelled from our side, the consumer can expect a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
